Shipping

• Orders will be shipped within 1-5 working days. Delivery time for Australia varies from 2-14 working days depending on your location.
• We use a courier service therefore please provide a street address as we do not ship to postal/parcel collect/parcel lockers addresses. 
  
• If order is returned / lost because of customer providing incorrect address or package is returned for any reason the customer must than pay shipping & handling and product costs for redelivery to the correct address. If order is returned to us stating - unknown/gone away/insufficient address/refused/unclaimed there will be a $10 additional charge, courier charges us the $10 fee therefore the customer will pay the fee. Plus a redelivery fee applies.
• Australia $9.95 flat fee shipping for any size order within Australia via eParcel tracked and insured.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive. 
• All Australia orders must be signed for upon delivery.
• All shipping costs are at customer's expense.
• All orders are dispatches from our Queensland Australia location.​

Return Policy

• 30 day money back guarantee.
• Customer Returns must be received back within 30 days of purchase in order to be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping & handling costs).
• Customers must return the remaining product with invoice / receipt (shipping costs at customer's expense).
• We do not accept returns if customer has used all product within 2-3 weeks as product lasts 4-6 weeks therefore product was used incorrectly.
• We do not accept unused product returns.
• We do not accept change of mind returns.
• All shipping costs are at customer's expense.
• Refunds apply to first-time purchases only.

30 Day Money-Back Guarantee: We guarantee you'll be thrilled with the products, or you can return your order within 30 days from the date your order was confirmed delivered to you via Australia Post for a refund of your product purchase price (less shipping & handling). To return your order, please email us and request a Return Authorization Number.  A Return Authorization Number is required to return your order. Refunds apply to first-time purchases only and will be issued within 4 weeks of your return. No refund or charge back will be provided for the missing shipments caused by the delivery name and/or address provided with error or misleading information.
